Sauvignon Blanc paired with Lemon Garlic Salmon

The warm weather is coming and I’m ready for it! 😎 In more ways than one 

Tonight, I have fresh Maine salmon fillet cooked with garlic, butter, lemon juice topped with lemon slices sprinkled with parsley over white sticky rice along with roasted brussel sprouts. 

I paired this with 2019 Viansa Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc 👌🏼 so crisp and complimentary
